StreetGols LLC ("we," "our," or "StreetGols") provides the digital connection for athletes. To keep sessions organized and safe, we collect data that verifies participants and facilitates play.We do not sell player contact information to external marketing firms.

Technical Data
We automatically log IP addresses, device types, and app usage metrics. This is used strictly for platform security, fraud prevention, and debugging.
03 How We Use Data
Activity Coordination
Displaying your username and skill level to Hosts and other Participants in a joined session.
Safety & Verification
Confirming waiver compliance and preventing banned users from re-entering the platform.
Communication
Sending updates regarding match changes, venue alerts, or mandatory legal updates.
04 Location Data
To find nearby "Activities," we may request access to your precise location. We do not track your movement in the background. Location data is only used to suggest local pitches and is not stored after your session concludes unless required for session logs.
05 Safety for Minors
StreetGols is strictly for users **aged 13 and older**. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover a profile for a minor under 13, we will immediately delete the data and terminate the account. For users aged 13-17, we store parent/guardian contact info solely for waiver verification.
