01 Parties & Scope
This Waiver applies to your use of the **Platform** (website and app) and any **Activities** (pick-up games, trainings, or meetups) you host or join.
StreetGols is a technology connector. We do not verify skill levels, background, or the safety of any location.
02 Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, including:
- Collisions & Physical Contact
- Unsecured/Tipping Goals
- Uneven Surfaces & Debris
- Heat Illness & Dehydration
- Communicable Diseases
- Misconduct by Others
03 Liability Release
COVENANT NOT TO SUE
I release, waive, and discharge StreetGols from any and all claims for personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage, **even if caused by the negligence of StreetGols**.
This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
04 Medical & Insurance
Emergency Care
I authorize StreetGols or others to obtain emergency medical care if needed, at my own financial expense.
No Coverage
StreetGols provides NO insurance. You are solely responsible for your own health and accident coverage.
05. Locations & Hosts
For Participants
You must inspect the playing surface. Decline to play immediately if conditions appear unsafe.
For Hosts
You represent that you have legal permission to use the location and assume responsibility for stopping play if conditions become unsafe.
06 Media Release
I grant StreetGols permission to use my likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional and marketing purposes worldwide.
Opt-out: Adjust in-app settings or contact support to request removal of future use.
Final Acknowledgment
By using the Platform or participating in Activities, you acknowledge you have read this Waiver and accept it voluntarily.
