The Game.
StreetGols provides the tech; you provide the game. These terms outline our role as a platform and your responsibilities on the pitch.
01 The Agreement
By accessing the StreetGols website or mobile app (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Platform immediately. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or the law.
02 Platform Status
StreetGols is a technology platform, not a sports organizer.
We do not operate, supervise, or control the "Activities" (games, trainings, or meetups). Hosts and Participants are independent users and are not employees or agents of StreetGols. We do not verify the safety or legality of any location.
03 Eligibility
Under 13
The Platform and Activities are NOT intended for children under 13.
Minors (13-17)
Must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept the Waiver on their behalf to participate.
04 Pitch Conduct
No illegal use of locations or trespassing without permits
No harassment, bullying, intimidation, or assault
No interference with the Platform’s security systems
No misrepresentation of identity, age, or skill level
Compliance with all posted field rules and local laws
05 Assumption of Risk
By using the Platform to join a game, you acknowledge that soccer involves inherent risks, including collisions, equipment failure (like tipping goals), and environmental hazards.
You assume all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if arising from the negligence of StreetGols.
06 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetGols LLC provides the service "as is." We are not liable for any personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage arising from Activities found through the Platform. You agree to the **Release of Liability** and **Covenant Not to Sue** as detailed in the StreetGols Waiver.
